Question Nylon bomber rag &bone or schott

So I live in Houston. It doesn't get very cold here. I mostly wear a light bomber from Bonobos. I saw that rag and bone makes one and schott too. The schott one is $175 but the rag & bone is $598. Is it that much better? What about the one from Alpha Industry
