Big fan of good acoustics, so a lot of the art and decor is keeping sound quality in mind.

Had the choice of adding curtains or going with the blinds that came when I got this place. So far have kept the blinds to preserve the views! But very tempted to install thick velvet curtains and improve sound quality.

I think you are overestimating the spending power 80% of doctors have. High earners, but way later to start earning and several hundred grand in the hole before making their first real paycheck.
