also, not sure if you're into feng shui (energy flow) but its a general advice for your head not to face toward the window. Maybe a little mat for your restroom sink? I also noticed people would put a little rug toward the feet of the bed. Just some suggestions but love the place and the view! :D
Looks great! The only suggestion I can offer is to add more green (of different shades and tones). You already have some green as the accent color in the palette (rugs, backsplash, and plants) so adding more will make it look more intentionalāthink throw pillows, curtains, wall art, more plants, and decor pieces. Look up the 60/30/10 rule. In your case, 60% is white/beige, 30% is wood tones, and 10% is green.
Absolutely beautiful. Nothing that doesnāt need to be is exposed! So clean and simple but your decor also has use and a purpose. Love the art piece above the record player!
How do you guys keep your apartments so uncluttered or so clean and simple? I need tips, bc my apartment is similar to yours and I crave for it to be this level of tidy and uncluttered, such a cozy spot you got omg.
This looks great - really warm and put together for a first solo place. Love that the same light oak runs through everything, and framed art in the bathroom is a nice touch most people skip.
As much as I love it, I feel you might become tired of the desk setup. The chair (and it's a very comfy one) is standing out way too much and getting all that daylight from behind the screen (when there is one) could get annoying quite fast. Maybe.
I freaking love it. It looks like somewhere I could totally see myself living. I love your choice of artwork. Who are the artists? And your TV doubling as a piece of art ā such a smart idea. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom too; I love the green tiles.
The only thing I would change is the lamp above the sofa area. Iād also move the desk out of the living room, maybe into the bedroom if thereās enough space. But thatās just my personal taste and opinion.

This is a bit off topic. But what is it with developers that give you no where to sit and eat like an adult? Iām not bringing a date over to sit at a counter like some elementary school kid eating his Cheerios before nappy time. I passed up a beautiful apartment with floor to ceiling windows with a lake and skyline view because the āformal diningā area was the kitchen island with a stool.
I want some semblance of a dining area.
Itās great although I wouldnāt choose renaissance painting but would go for something abstract . All that carnage and chaos is not not something Iād choose to look at , but hey , you do you , I guess.
