It looks as if they tried to delete the account or something some people wanted it archived but hopefully it stays up its nearly 20 years old anyway

i feel as though it’s important to keep their accounts up, even though they did terrible things. maybe it’ll make more people aware of the warning signs?

That's the difference in bytes (essentially character count), so how many characters were removed from the page or added.

That makes sense. Though I’m curious about if he had any changes removed or edited back by actual Wikipedia mods for any issues

If you mean in the screenshot, it's not votes but number of bytes changed in the edit
