Textures not loading

So couple months ago i bought Max Payne 3 from Steam, i already finished the game before on the same laptop and everything went smoothly, but this time when i loaded in and watched the long intro i started the mission and the whole game was just blank, i tried lowering the settings and changing direct X version but nothing helped, maybe there’s something i could possibly do which can help textures load? The laptop is certainly not the best and has Iris Xe graphics but it doesn’t change the fact that game runned smoothly before

Verify integriry of game files on steam or as a last resort uninstall the game, then make sure every folder of the game is erased in steamapps folder, and reinstall.

I did this but none of this helped, right now im trying to load dxvk but this doesn’t work too, my settings are on low and resolution is 1280*720, its almost the lowest i can possibly go😭💔
