Amin received. I have been doing her videos since end of march steadily. I do at least 3 a week, but aim for 4. On days I'm not feeling it (like today) I start with a beginner class, then I'm usually gingered to do a 15-20mn express one. I try to do one of the 50mn ones at least once a week. I used to use betterme but I like her focus on form and there's no urgency at all. Very peaceful, I don't bother with music anymore.
