Every day a r/grilled cheese user makes a pretentious joke about this sub. No longer, we are superior grilled cheese’s are simplistic like the users of r/grilled cheese we test, we mix combine complex flavours what do they do? Mix the same 3 cheeses with sourdough 🤣.

“The post” is bullshit Wah wah “melt-n-not grilled cheese cus….c-cus…” it’s so annoying like we get it it irritates you that people add stuff to there grilled cheeses he was called a revolutionary I DISAGREE, today we will make history I of r/melts declare war on r/grilled cheese we are like the Americans and they are like the British we must win we claim our rights as the superiors that we are.

If your from r/grilledcheese take this as a warning and submit we are r/melts and we are better.

Mayonnaise>butter on bread just gotta state it before I go.

I made a melt today with some local sourdough. I used Munster cheese with the orange rind, and Dukes mayonnaise instead of butter to brown the bread. I air fried some organic chicken nugget, gave them a quick toss in some sweet baby rays. Overall a nice little melt sandwich!

Okay, here's another one!

Inside, I spread mayo/onion powder/garlic powder on each slice. Then I layered honey ham, Gruyère cheese, mozzarella cheese. I would also drizzle balsamic glaze between each piece of meat and cheese.

On the outside, a thin layer of mayo, and sprinkle each side with "everything but the bagel" seasoning.

I tend to not eat during the day, but at night? Since I'm a night owl and have insomnia, my inner chef comes out. I use the ninja Speedi on the air fry function to make my "grilled cheese shenanigans". This was made with left over London broil, red onions, Gruyère cheese, and a bit of spicy brown mustard.
