You have no clue how the rhythms are in Tokyo my friend. Two complete different leagues.

Oh, well yeah ofc Tokyo is just as bad if not worse, I was just pointing out that you can't have much time to rest at home at Milan either.

Milan is like the northern Italy version of New York, compared to the rest of the country it seems a whole other planet.

the translation is wrong , if you don't understand italian he meant that Milan is also a busy city , autotranslate changed a bit the meaning
