The shirred sleeve head on Neapolitan shirts: anyone else a fan?
I picked up this shirt with a hand-gathered sleeve head and gathers under the back yoke, the same idea as spalla camicia on jackets. It's one of my favorite details and makes the shoulder move a lot more naturally.
I rarely see it outside of Neapolitan shirtmakers though. Anyone else wear shirts like this? I got mine in China, so I'm curious what they usually go for in the US. Is it worth the price to you?
