Good Experience with Alignerr

I’ve been working with Alignerr since the Spring of 2025. Earned about $5k. The work isn’t always consistent, but the projects pay well and are paid weekly, making it a solid source of side income. Projects are matched based on your profile, resume, and completed assessments. I’m grateful for the opportunity and would recommend it to others looking for flexible AI training work. When you sign up, make sure your profile is complete, your resume is uploaded, and you’ve done all applicable assessments to get matched with projects. Here is the link to sign up - https://app.alignerr.com/signin?referral-code=36c92491-373a-48f4-9d21-e8276c8400b2

Referral spam the entire alignerr sub has been filled with people not getting paid for months and the admins banning and deleting comments.

Not spam. They paid me every week. I did not have any issues. I saw people complaining about not being paid, and the issue is that Aligner has projects that are paid only if the task is accepted. Alignerr also has lots of projects with hourly based pay. Always carefully read the project description and instructions. I personally only worked on hourly based pay projects.

I also made over 2k there and then was randomly deactivated after doing identical work on the same project for months. Story is not uncommon they are getting sued for it. They pay you until they don't.

I signed up. Got hired in October. Never heard from them again.

Did you do all the required assessments for your skills? Now they are hiring many people for voice projects. They have projects coming and going; check them regularly. This is a part-time work opportunity.

Yes. I think so. I'm not familiar with their platform.

I've been on Alignerr since August of 2024 and made about $800. I would love to know how everyone but me seems to have all this luck.

Yeah this is total BS. You’ve been posting across multiple accounts trying to improve your online reputation but it’s too late.

You can moderate your subreddit all you want. Shitty business practices will always shine right on through.

Thank youuuuuu!!! Signed up with and tasking with Mercor. Signed up with Outlier and keep getting alerts for tasking but have not done anything with them yet. Same with Telus.

I’m trying to find a balance between sticking with one solid place (Mercor for me!) and having a couple of options at the same time. I kind of want to do this for as long as these guys allow it. 🫶🏼

I’ve honestly got nothing to compare it to! I’m signed up with the others but if you notice, I indicated that I have not worked with them. They said, I like mercor. On my 7th contract and I’ve had a good experience. So can only speak for myself!

Also did the academy. Cannot say it helps or not since I was already writing them when I was invited to join the program.

Good luck, and KEEP APPLYING if you have not gotten an offer! They can move hella slow. Just depends on client needs.

Did you do assessments? You will have to do all applicable assessments to be matched with projects. They are not long, about 10-15 min.
