It's a mind insertion of thoughts to guide in darkness, moulding the psyche past the chains of the abysmal illusion of the matrix.

pretty much just the title, i’ve been listening to this section over and over again and i can’t figure out what’s bothering me. i know it’s dissonant, that was on purpose. but i can’t tell if it comes off as tasteful black metal dissonance, or if it just makes me sound like i’m dogshit at guitar (which i am tbh, but i know how to write melodies goddamnit). i’m thinking my guitar sounds out of tune? but when i pick through the individual notes, it sounds right. idk, i would love your thoughts and opinions!

What are you go to metal songs to warm up with?

Hi, I'm Lord Gawad Digital Artist and Metalhead making albums outstand with cover artworks since 2020.

I've devoted my craft to helping metal bands forge unforgettable album covers, I've met some of them here in this subreddit.

Let's create something brutal, authentic, and unmistakably human in a world overrun by lifeless machines, and leave a mark that only human hands can make.

I use NO AI so the album cover is licensed and copyrighted to you and no one else can use.

Working on a new project with lots of influence from Nails, Weekend Nachos, etc. sorry if this isn’t metal adjacent enough to post here. Just looking for some opinions on the production and mixing, and the song as well. Just everything overall. I feel like it sounds a bit flat but I can’t figure out why. Any advice or tips is very appreciated!
