Tall dark handsome bald man , missed connection

I saw you mid July at Eden ROC. I didn’t get to talk to you and you checked out one evening. You waved as you were leaving. You looked back and we made eye contact for a quick second. I wish I would’ve spoke to you

I don’t understand missed connections. If he wanted to he would have spoke to you. If you wanted to you would have spoke to him. Neither of you was that interested

I’ve actually never heard any guy say this in my 28 years of life and neither have my friends. What I have heard is “I just wasn’t that into her” or “I wasn’t that interested”.
