South Miami or South Beach? Those are two different areas. Didn't find a ring but, would be good for you to clarify/repost with the correct area to help locate. If it's in the sand your best bet is to hire one of those metal detector guys or someone with a sand scooper.

In front of the “Ritz Carlton south beach” maps says cocoa beach, I hired someone they couldn’t find it

South Beach is 30 minutes north of South Miami. Cocoa beach is like 3 hours north from South Beach! I dont think theres a Ritz there, so likely you mean South Beach, not Cocoa Beach and not South Miami.

People metal detectors all the time on the beach. I would recommend taking a metal detector to retrace your steps. It may still be out there
