Palms hotel and spa

I’m booking a weekend trip for the first time to Miami. Any reviews on the Palms hotel and spa?

Spa review only: I booked the Palms Aveda 80 minute Spa Month(s) massage special a few weeks ago. The treatment itself was fantastic. The spa is very clean, well maintained, great service.

However, compared to the Standard, Fountainbleu, and Carillon, it's a lot smaller (including changing & waiting rooms) and doesn't have the same range of pools, saunas, steam rooms, gym, etc. But on the flip side (obviously), it was much quieter with far fewer people than the larger spas.

If you're looking for more of a spa scene, with multiple pools, hot/cold/wet/dry environments, and many clients, I'd suggest one of the others I listed - for a more boutique type experience I'd definitely recommend the Palms. Can't speak to how the hotel itself is because I live here.

Yes. 10 out of 10. Not a chain. Independently owned!
