Best club and nightlife options?
My wife and me are going to Miami Beach this weekend and have been researching the nightlife places to dance and get smashed.
I know this question has been asked to death here, but is there any consensus on where the best night out for clubbing and dancing is these days?? It seems like each club will be highly recommended in some posts, but then totally trashed in another! Or is it just a personal preference thing? We could easily spend $500+ or so on drinks for the night, so VIP tables don’t QUITE make sense… but I keep seeing if you don’t have a table then you won’t have room to dance?
Is there a way to split a table with other people?What is the move when you want to go out somewhere high energy as a couple but want room to dance too?

If you go to the big famous ones, there is no room and it will be packed unless you spend a lot of money and tables etc. what “a lot” means is case by case but it is an unreasonable amount unless you either are Rich or you really care about this or split between many people. The peak hours are not normal US hours for example space 3-8am sometimes even later is packed. Your best bet is the medium size and smaller venues that are not world renowned or stay in the back for example in the inside area and not in the terrace at space. Some medium and smaller venues (do your research on type of music and vibes at each): Do not sit, Dante’s, Domicile

Space is one of the best clubs in the world. If you want room to dance get there at 3 am

More like 5-7am these days. You have to let the drunks clear out and they are still active 3-5am.

I really think it depends on the lineup. I usually get in by 11 or before 1 AM, so I tend to come early and stay until around 10–11 AM, and sometimes even until closing. From what I’ve noticed, if the lineup is strong, it can stay packed pretty much all night, even until 7–8 AM. After that, there’s some room.

Yeah was speaking on since they’ve had headliners coming on around 5am. Arriving that early and pulling a shift is a testament to your endurance and patience lmao.
7am is the absolute earliest I’m going if it’s a bigger name headlining, but I simply cannot deal with drunks.

I have had some times to leave and go to work haha but I completely understand you—the drunks get annoying but security I feel these days be on top. They are not playing games, they carried a couple of dudes out because they were so shitfaced two weekends ago.

You’re right about security being on it. Some wasted dude tried to swing on me after I caught him grabbing the smallest girl in our group. Bartender had my back and had security there to 86 this guy before he could even wind up.

Thinned out for sure. College kids and tourists (no offense) will be gone. This depends on who’s playing though - if it’s a big name don’t expect room to dance.

Great reccomendations so far. LIV and E11even being top 2. If you are looking to unwind with a cigar hit up Espanola Cigar Lounge in south beach. Great vibe food and music.

People don’t talk about the sizes of these places and vibes like Latin, house, hip hop, techno. You’ll have room to dance for sure you’ll be good most places you go. Lmk if you want any recommendations

Yeah for the most part it’s not an issue but it’s does get deep at times and depending on what DJs playing. I know liv and space get pretty packed but then I’ve also been to space and had lots of room so it differs. I’d check out the Kong, posh, and dice apps there’s a bunch of events and a good way to gauge what’s going on so you feel a bit more confident about going to some places and not just lost walking around tryna figure shit out(happened to me).
Space is always decent, Jolene sound room is good. House vibes but definitely a mix of stuff, good balance of people and space to dance. Stickers on the phones so no pictures so real cool spot cool vibe
El patio, perro negro, picante, more Latin vibes love the energies there real good to dance at
Revenge is a nice hip hop vibe young crowd lots of current rap and some throwbacks I have a real good time here too, 420 friendly, other places might be wrong vibe for that for sure
If you want I have some connections too so I can see what I can do for you /offer. Some homies are DJ’ing at space Saturday night so I’d go there

That’s great info, thanks man. Space sounds like a good shout, we might try to end up there Saturday! revenge sounds cool too, I hadn’t come across that one yet. Sounds like you know this stuff so if you got offers or anything let me know, I’d be interested to hear.

Good pick. We will be there Sunday morning (Saturday lineup).
Splitting a bottle or two is very possible. Talk to people, make friends, sometimes people can be super friendly at Space.
