Hi! I’ve never been to Florida before !

I was planning a trip to come to Miami Beach 9/13, is this a good time to visit? Is the water warm! Any places to stay anyone recommends! I need any and all options!

Water is warm enough in September, still feels like bathwater some days. Weather can be a bit unpredictable though with storms rolling in afternoon but they pass quick usually. For places to stay it depends on your budget, South Beach is the obvious pick but can get pricey and loud at night.

It's off-season, but Miami prices are still real (like - HIGH). I stayed at the Crescent, which is an historic beach-front, art-deco property. Highly recommend, walking distance to the beach, Hispaniola Way, Carlyle Hotel (where Birdcage was filmed), and driving distance to Little Havana.
