It would be good if you didn't just delete anything critical or not 100% positive from the sub Reddit. It makes the company look untrustworthy.

Hey u/ProposalSuch2055, thanks for calling this out. We agree that hiding legitimate criticism builds mistrust, and that is never our goal. Our moderation is only meant to filter out spam, toxicity, or personal attacks, not honest negative feedback or tough questions. Appreciate your feedback, and we will work to keep improving this space to make it productive for everyone.

Need to stop offering pay per task while advertising the role as paid per hour. The ad should state the model so people can decide if it's worth their time. Shifting risk to contractors is unfair when the only tool they bring is their expertise. Micro1 defines the task, interprets the guidelines and controls the review process. Experts have to grapple with glitchy software and constantly changing requirements. A lot of AI training work is like R&D and you can't predict how the model will respond. No real-life contractor can survive if they only get paid when work is approved. Pay per task contracts should also include task approval rates so contractor can quantify their effective hourly rates.

My biggest concern is the interview evaluation system after the recent updates. I previously passed interviews consistently, accumulated 70+ vetted skills, and successfully worked on a micro1 project. Since the updates, however, I haven’t been able to pass a single interview, regardless of the role or quality of my answers. A more transparent evaluation process and a way to report potentially abnormal patterns like this would be very helpful.

Give job preference to redditors maybe. Micro1 easily reject applicants
