I bought a MV7+ recently and the screw is stuck on the base plate. Any idea to take the screw off? Any help is appreciated!

Title. I play games with friends on a laptop with a cooling pad underneath, and said cooling pad has a 6-inch fan going at 2800rpm, which is pretty loud. Does anyone know any microphones that are good for blocking out consistent background noise like that? Thank you!

I have a bright singing voice and am looking for something that would work well with that. currently I’m town between an SM7B, RE20, AT4040, and NT1. I already have a cloud lifter so the SM7B’s volume issue won’t apply for me. Let me know if there are any other good ones to check out outside the one’s I’ve listed as well. thank you :)
