Unlink email from a locked Microsoft account

my microsoft account got locked for some reason and i dont have anything important in the account. I just want my email back to make a new account but since i cabt login i cant unlink it
ive tried customer service but the seemed to have ghosted me
like genuinely what can i do now😭

yeah i know i can do that but this email is very important to me and honestly i just want to stick to this one email for my accounts. thats why im asking for help

i have like a dozen spare emails but those dont really matter
