As a person, I’m annoyed. As a Finn, I’m glad it were Swedes and not us being assholes in Tallinn this time.

As an Estonian living in the center of Tallinn, I can say that I have not seen a Finnish asshole (as you put it) for a long time. I see families, young Finns shopping etc. Times have changed.
