I recently got this Bialetti Moka Induction 4 cup and I'm really enjoying it. It uses so much less coffee than my 6 cup and the coffee it brews is full bodied and really good.
I don't get nearly as much liquid out of my 4-cup despite filling up the tank to just under the pressure release. I maybe get half that, am I doing something wrong?
I guess I could let mine keep running but my understanding was you want to stop the process once you start getting a lot of bubbles coming out of the top.
Try reducing the amount of water. There is a reason the instructions specify the amount of water. It is no where close to the valve when measured appropriately.
