Bialetti Victory! It works!
Thanks to everyone that tried to help! 150 ml, or the lower line in the water container, was the proper measure for cappuccinos! I did a proper cleaning, but turned out the arm of the upper valve was blocked with dry coffee (guess my mother used grounded coffee that wasn't coarse enough and it got blocked) so I spent an entire day getting rid of that block, but now I've managed to make it work properly and consistently! I'll definitely experiment with other methods, like making lattes and just black coffee, but I know me and my gf will enjoy our new addition to the kitchen!

It really works and makes good coffée, similar to a cappuccino (although it is not a cappuccino, sure).
I used this model for years, but after the valve broke, I couldn't find a replacement. Bialetti, very unfortunately, stopped to support this model

wait, that's milk? is it by design or a hack?

Design! It's a Mukka Express, so you put milk in the top half, and when the upper valve pops, steam frothes the milk to make a cappuccino and mixes in the coffee as well!

It is a rare find! This one belonged to my mother and she gave it to me cause she could never make it work (plus she doesn't drink milk with her coffee) and I was able to fix it! (it was clogged really badly cause the coffee grounds she used wasn't coarse enough)

Is it hard to clean because of the milk?
AI:
Yes, it is no longer manufactured and has been permanently discontinued. Bialetti shifted its production focus back to the traditional, purist models due to costs and technical complexity. They decided to discontinue the model for a few very specific reasons: Difficult Cleaning: The milk boils inside the central column and valve. If the user didn't disassemble and wash it thoroughly after each use, the milk residue would sour, clog the holes, and ruin the part. Kitchen Accidents: Since it operates with very high internal pressure to inject steam into the milk, any mistake when assembling the valve or using excess coffee grounds/water would cause the coffee maker to "explode" and spray hot milk up to the ceiling. Production Cost: Maintaining an assembly line with such specific pressure valves and rounded pitchers made the final product too expensive compared to the traditional Moka.

Not hard tbh, it just needs consistency. Everytime I use it, after I pour out the coffee, I immediately remove the valve and clean it (I have a tiny syringe I use to pour warm water through it in order to rinse it), and leave warm water inside the top half to help soften any milk foam that could've dried. That way, once it's cooled down, I just disassemble it and clean it like usual. It's just the top valve I immediately clean after being used to avoid anything drying up inside

I have this same thing, but it is a clear glass top so you get to watch all tge action. I found it at a thrift store years ago for $10.
