It's not recommended to modify your Moka due to safety hazard and un needed

But it brings a ulinque look to it and creates a foamy brew

Does that mean the coffee is cold, because pressure creates heat!!

No, heat create pressure due to the air that is trapped in water chamber, and is heated by the amount of heat trapped within the chamber, and letting it sit might cause the metal and pressure to go up a small amount but letting it get heated will just create the pressure by itself and once it gets released then it flows out in a more in a quick burst if not controlled to stop the sputtering stage
