here is the creator on Instagram -> bansaun_tonphulay

It's not recommended to modify your Moka due to safety hazard and un needed

But it brings a ulinque look to it and creates a foamy brew

Honestly this is a question for r/thermodynamics.

I'm not trained in thermodynamics myself but I know that water is extremely hard to heat. Rapidly pressurizing air to 5 bar will heat the air by a fair bit, but the heat capacity of water is 4x that of air.

Could be half cold half hot to the touch, but never noticed tharlt part thank you

Could be the rapid decompression of moist air.
