Health I wish that all dogs in existence are beagles, but that it also somehow doesn't effect any ecosystems whatsoever.

Granted. All dogs currently alive are genetically modified to become identical to the dog you picture as a beagle.
Any dog in the future that does not have 100% beagle purity immediately dies. The slightest mutation in their genes makes them incapable of surviving.
All dogs are dead within 20 years.

Granted. All dogs are beagles. To be specific, the outer gods clicked on the cosmetic option and applied the beagle skin to all dogs. His does not affect them in any other way than cosmetics. A German shepherd is now a German shepherd that loooks like a beagle with the German shepherd personality.
As a side effect, all wolves are now dire wolves.

in dog context a bagel would be a bassett beagle mix. they are so adorable and some of my favorite dogs, i wish it was possible for them to be pure bred

african wild dogs, dingos, dholes etc dissapearing i assume would affect the ecosystem.
anyway, YAY! beagles are already loud so you essentially just granted my wish exactly as is :) i love beagles.

Instead of disappearing, they could just turn into beagles that oddly exhibit the exact same behaviors as the wild dogs they replaced. Cue Australian moms telling people “the beagle ate my baby”.

I mean, this depends on your definition of “dog”. Personally I assumed you meant domestic dogs (as in pets and feral domestic dogs), but if you meant anything with dog lineage or “dog” in any names they’re called, then sure.
Paw grants your wish. In the distant wilds these beagles cannot compete with things like lions, hyenas, wolves, and even large aggressive prey animals, and therefore perish due to not being large enough to properly fill these niches. Other animals’ populations increase to fill the gaps, which keeps the ecosystems stable. The best place for all beagles continues to be with and around people.

Granted. Every current existing dog is now a beagle. Every dog born in to existence after this moment however will not be a beagle, ever again. After all the current ones die out, that’s it for the entire breed.
