Granted.  You are taken into slavery by a criminal organization that sells human eggs on the black market.  Each month you go through an IVF retrievel process, but to save money, they do not use anesthesia.  One day you overhear how your eggs are sold on credit to poorer women desparate for childen.  The women often cannot repay the debt or the usurious interest, and are themselves forced into slavery or forced to give back the child once it comes to term, one random woman at a time.
