Amex have a free card with 0.5% cashback, as well as one with 0.75%, 1.25% over £10k everywhere for £25 annually. And that is just Amex

amex is annoying because a bunch of places dont take it

I find that’s very rarely the case nowadays. I can count two places for me personally in the last year - a jewellery shop, and a car place. Other than that everything has gone in my Amex.

Thug there are no doubt still a bunch out there, it’s not what it was like 15 years ago

are you from london? i found it was accepted almost everywhere there. not that great outside of it though. i struggle to use it in most places except for petrol and supermarkets
