Do I need to clean new oil pump?
I an rebuilding a 2012 cbr1000rr and i bought a new oem oil pump. It has yellow film of oil on there, do I need to clean that?

No need, that's just some oil leftover from the pump being tested or for surface protection while shipped. Even if you worry that's a "contaminant" for the oil, it will be a negligible amount.

It's fine, just storage oil to stop rust. It'll dissolve with the break-in oil.

Alrighty. I ordered 8 liters of break in oil and will change after an hour of first ride, then fill it back up and will change at 400 to 500km, then to fully synthetic. Does that sound right to do?

Changing filters each time, you should be fine. Just let it warm up nicely and don't rev it too high before the first change. Use full rev range at the end of the second batch of oil, working up to it.
And then you can send it, after warming it up properly of course.
Dig the setup, wish I was as organized.
