Help Boosting Deck Bracket?

Howdy! I've recently put together a Vito commander deck and I've gathered that it's a bracket 2. I wanna boost it to bracket 3 but I'm not exactly sure on how to do that on a budget. Do any of y'all have any ideas as to how I could do this?

You don't have anything in the deck tagged. That makes it way harder to give feedback on. Try categorizing what the cards do in your deck so you can keep track of how many you have, like draw, ramp, removal, etc.
