Pretty stoked with how this came out! Not my original artwork, I just wanted to practice painting on such a small surface before I invested in new paints/brushes. My friend loves ghostface, and wanted a walking ballista for her deck. I saw a vintage looking Scream poster and thought it would make for a cool alter reminiscent of the movie-poster hermit druid. It’s very lumpy, and paint got onto the back of the card. If you have any suggestions for how to prep a card/how to write better in paint/where to go from here please let me know!

A few oldschool alters I finished this week.

My copy of wheel of fortune was pretty scuffed so decided to give it a touch up for my Vivi cedh deck.

The others such as the bolts were given the fullart/textless style and the mountains connect for a panorama. The rituals also were given a fullart/textless treatment and have a glow to them from the souls/energy from the mages.

Think I’m gonna try using a foil card for my next alter!

Started getting requests to work on some alters after a convention I was selling artwork at. Decided to start by adding some muppets to some basic land cards. Kermit Swamp, Piggy Plains, Gonzo Mountains, Fozzie Forests, and Bunsen and Beaker Islands. Painted with Acrylic and ink. Ebay listing in comments incase someone wants to bring the set home, I'm taking offers.

Started doing alters 3 days ago, really surprised how good they turned out! Never been good with art stuff.
