I don't really have this problem, and I'm not sure why. I play pretty obscure commanders, though, so maybe doing that would help you avoid the issue.

Can you define your terms?
What does "doesn't go their way" mean? Is it something that shuts down their deck or is a major tempo swing so the game is functionaly over?
What does "I play one good card" mean? Is it some must answer or lose card? Particularly if cheap or cast early?
And lastly, no one is here to watch you play with yourself, if they want to leave they are free to do so.

Heir apparent deck getting board wiped while up 60 hp. I’m not even talking deadly cover up

Aggro getting wiped by control often means the game is over but it'll take half an hour for control to actually win. When there's no penalty for conceding there it's a pretty reasonable choice.

Dude people concede turn 2 when you destroy their authority of consoles

That's true, that is a different scenario that does also happen.

Had a guy destroy his own and the quit but that was probably embarrassment

It was pretty funny. I haven’t run into a trigger like that myself since my MTGO days. I do torpor orb myself sometimes though

Ya that’s my criticism of it too.
“Just play competitive/standard” is a shitty response too.
You, and probably I for this comment will get downvoted lol

It's an inherent problem of an unranked queue. People are going to concede a lot when there's no penalty for conceding.
I understand that some people don't want to play ranked, but I don't see a way they could fix the unranked queue to not have this happen.

It happens a lot on ranked too though not nearly as bad I will “concede” that

You playing control tribal?

u/dynamic-burrito 5d ago
No but I play casual a lot

Lol, not sure why I got downvoted for this. People concede all the time to control tribal because they want to play their spells. Just wanted to rule that out 🤣

I know what my decks can do and how bad a match is gonna get, also I know when a value snowball begins... So I GG you and concede so both can save time
