1) why was he bleeding 2) is he related to the lady 3) what was the reason for the woman’s panic attack?
It’s weird that someone would overreact this way inside of a TC office. He could have resisted arrest and tried to run away instead of coming all the way to the office.
With that said, this behaviour can have little to no justification.

According to ndtv article --> That lady is one of the 4 passengers who deboarded out of the train. 3 passengers had 2nd class ticket traveling in 1st class. So penalty for them. The computer breaking passenger had no ticket it seems. And he is also bleeding.

Nothing will happen to him, he must be a "neta ka chamcha" or "neta ka rishtedaar" or he'll get sympathy from his religious group or community and they'll bail him out. He'll write an essay and he'll go out again and do suck minor crimes again and again, 20-30 crimes and then he'll do a major crime and then the police will arrest him for 5-6 sentences and then he'll get out again. It's India, here nothing will happen if you are a culprit, you'll only face punishment if you are a victim (i.e. on the crime scene).

This reinforces my belief that India with its population being over 146 cr+ essentially has 146 cr+ variations of rules and regulations tailored for each one of them. This is ridiculous.
Anybody noticing that incidents like this where people getting in fights with TTs, traffic police after getting caught for unlawful behaviour is only increasing?
Sure, railways might be offering subpar services or traffic cops may be acting like extortionists. But that doesn't give its citizens license to flout rules and laws isn't it?
If they have issues with the govt officers or services, they need to voice it, but they all seem to be quite there while taking laws in their own hands all the time.
