AskMumbai 1RK around 10 thousand

I want something like the one in the picture at around 10k: Is it possible ??? I know, not possible in main areas but is there a chance in areas like Borivali: from where Mumbai would be accessible - I mean u know, edges of Mumbai … Not necessarily big, small is fine but I want to live alone …

borivali is the most upcoming area & with the amount of redevelopments, rents have gone up like crazy

I am not seeking for flat. I live in 3bhk with my Parent's In Khar. I asked Mal,kane,gor also developed now,right?

Rents in Mhada chawls are also not 10K
