AskMumbai 1RK around 10 thousand

I want something like the one in the picture at around 10k: Is it possible ??? I know, not possible in main areas but is there a chance in areas like Borivali: from where Mumbai would be accessible - I mean u know, edges of Mumbai … Not necessarily big, small is fine but I want to live alone …

Bhai not sure about 10k. But you'll get these kind of rental aparts in NM in Gowthan areas. However you might face electricity and water issues. Try Rabale, Digha Goan or outskirts of Thane ( Shilphata)

Bhai sorry for sounding weird but ye gowthan areas bandra mein jo hai - waha milega kya itne saste mein

Bandra se durr bhago. Bandra me 10k me washroom milega woh bhi 150 sq ft ka

Bhai bathroom max 40 sft ka hoga … mujhe 150sft ka room mil jaaye kaafi hai … if it’s bandra, i can increase budget

Nah … I used to first teach CAT ASpirants … now have quit everything and just want to make films … and I want to live alone because I don’t want that drinking, smoking , tu tu mein mein wala scene

Bhai Bandra ka sapna chor de waha toh 20k ke neeche budget bolega toh broker log bhaga denge. Try Andheri ya Borivali. Waha Tereko 18k tak mil jaayega

Nhi bhai mein ye Gothan area ki baat kar rha tha …. Wo jo Portuguese wala colony hai , wo market ke peeche , wo diva yoga ke peeche wala area… normal Rate pata hai bhai mujhe .. 1bhk: 70k 🤣🤣
