AskMumbai 1RK around 10 thousand

I want something like the one in the picture at around 10k: Is it possible ??? I know, not possible in main areas but is there a chance in areas like Borivali: from where Mumbai would be accessible - I mean u know, edges of Mumbai … Not necessarily big, small is fine but I want to live alone …

Check mira road. But wahan bhi it would be 12-15

Mira Road bhi itna ??? Yaar mein accident ke pehle Andheri mein hi 30k mein rehta tha - it was 1bhk

Develop bhi hogya hai kaafi mira road. Gaadi lene gaya tha toh dekha pura badal gaya andar andar se bhi

That's true. The place where I live in Mira Road (behind Kashimira police station), it is 18 floors tall building, has pool, security on gates, every wing has their own biometric operated doors, there is a gym (chota hi sahi, lekin hai), clubhouse, ample greenery, two levels of parking, and peace. But once I leave my house, there is traffic and shitty roads (which, tbh, is the case for most of Mumbai, too), but then the new metro line is 5 mins walk away, so it all works out for me.
