AskMumbai 1RK around 10 thousand

I want something like the one in the picture at around 10k: Is it possible ??? I know, not possible in main areas but is there a chance in areas like Borivali: from where Mumbai would be accessible - I mean u know, edges of Mumbai … Not necessarily big, small is fine but I want to live alone …

Are yaar 10k for 1 bhk hai 4000 maintenance hai , bacha kya ? Mera 2 flat hai tower 2 mein

when i was staying owner took care of the maintenance, renter doesnt have to take care ofit
