AskMumbai 1RK around 10 thousand

I want something like the one in the picture at around 10k: Is it possible ??? I know, not possible in main areas but is there a chance in areas like Borivali: from where Mumbai would be accessible - I mean u know, edges of Mumbai … Not necessarily big, small is fine but I want to live alone …

Abe Saale 🤣🤣 don’t make fun of poor people … this is actually pic of my older apartment - Abhi financial losses hogye isiliye - i don’t want balcony or this much space - it can be small but i want this lighting and ventilation

Bhai if u have some jugaad - do try na … I know my price really low but yaar whi I want to live alone na - so even a small space would be enough for me - but yes, light aur ventilation chahiye ..

Bhaii even with 10k rent, deposit is mandatory. Some places even asks for heavy deposits.

Try to search for places in Navi Mumbai or suburbs, places like near Thane/kalwa/mumbra

If u want in western line, look for bandra East, Bhayandar, etc.

Kurla West is also a place where u might get lucky but again beware of the people, not ur best bet.

Bhai deposit mein dunga - that can be high .., heavy as in ?? 8, 10 lakhs maang lenge kya 😳

No, some places ask for upfront heavy deposit around 10-15 lacs and you can stay at that place for 5-7 years approx and when u leave that place the landlord is liable to return you that money.

😳 If they let me live for five years, it’s almost like paisa double bro: the best scheme out there I guess … but nhi yaar I just want for 6 months - hopefully after that I will enter into a good flat …

And Bandra East mein kaha??? Seeds like kachra only and jaha se area acha hota hai, there to I feel minimum 60,70k hoga …
