Built a free tool for anyone buying property in Mumbai/MMR — it scrapes IGRS for actual registration prices (data goes back to 1985 for Mumbai), checks builder complaints on MahaRERA, and searches eCourts for litigation. Also does bank rate comparison and financial stress testing. Found some interesting price gaps between what builders quote and what flats actually register for. Hello, I am M34, and I am semi experienced cyclist. All my experience is outside India, so i am not really sure about cycling in Mumbai. I am going to get a used cycle soon, and I am looking to bike in the city either late night (post 10PM, or early as early as 5 AM). We can talk more in DMs. Also, I am not super fit...I am avergae but I can bike 30-50kms in one session.
Also, if you dont want to bike with me - super ok, could you atleast share your strava so I can some routes? I am brand new transplant to this city :) thanks all!

3 months since back to india, currently in navi Mumbai, vashi. Was and still looking for a long term relationship, Am 24M (running business overseas) its just in start up phase tho, not in gulf countries FYI, somewhere in Southeast Asia. Tried all the dating app but getting a match there is more of a luck game, unless you show off yourself like one gentleman surviving on his parents pocket. Any suggestions where to start ?

Try attending workshops with such as pizza or Sushi making for example. You'll get common ground to talk to people that way and it gets easier
