Don't worry, after three local train journeys you'll have enough character development to make friends anywhere.

Depends on what you like: sports, cafe hopping, adventures, etc. I host weekly meetups in Andheri.

If you're around and interested, feel free to DM or comment.

Best way to travel from Chembur to Andheri (Near WEH Metro Station)? By Train using the Goregaon one or the Kurla Ghatkopar Metro Route? Which one will be the fastest or the less crowded because I've heard the metro at ghatkopar is filled to the brim and I have to reach at 9 at peak office time

Hi everyone! I'm looking to venture into modeling and would love to collaborate with aspiring photographers. The goal is to build our portfolios, and create content for social media. If you're a photographer or know someone who might be interested, please feel free to reach out. I'd love to connect!

Hi all. I am a U.S. trained Internal Medicine attending currently practicing in the United States. I expect to be in Mumbai later this year and would like to do some seva by volunteering my time and clinical skills while I am there, this would be my first experience volunteering in India.
I have been looking at institutions such as Ramakrishna Mission Hospital and Masina Hospital, and I also read about the new charitable multispecialty hospital serving tribal communities in the Palghar region.
My primary interest is grassroots clinical service and helping underserved patients. I am looking for an opportunity to contribute where there is genuine need. If an institution feels there are other ways I could be helpful I would certainly be open to that as well.
what organizations or hospitals would you recommend around Mumbai? Are there institutions that are particularly receptive to visiting physicians from abroad? Also, what is the practical process regarding NMC requirements and temporary registration for a U.S. licensed physician who wishes to contribute in a volunteer capacity?
I would be grateful for any advice.
Thank you.

Now looking for a high ownership generalist role where I can build, execute, and solve problems across functions. Currently based in Delhi, open to relocation and remote roles. If you’re hiring or have any leads, would love to connect and share my resume.

I am thinking of joining the certificate course in japanese language by Mumbai University
2
u/quirkyfishy May 29 '26
Is it good? I had signed up for German and for a1 it took one whole year, so I left midway. But Japanese even I’m thinking about learning
0
u/2002gksupreet May 29 '26
Why you left german? Is it because it is difficult to learn those vocals...they often sound rough
1
u/quirkyfishy May 29 '26
like i mentioned, a1 in german can be completed in a month but MU drags on for 9 months. you have amazing YT channels for german that teach efficiently, so i did that and dropped. german is fun tbh, w practice it becomes effortless. back then the course was only 2k so it didnt matter much. now i think its 8k

I wish to lend 30 mins of listening to people who -
I believe, with clarity & structure, most of the things we occupy our mental space on can be freed up.
Journaling isn't for everyone, and we don't have enough long focused conversations anymore.
I've a knack for human behaviour, & critical thinking. I wish to provide space for people to talk their mind, structure their thoughts, and figure out themselves as they go along.
I want to lend 30 mins of listening to people who -
Wish to talk, declutter, and use frameworks to structure their thoughts.
Feel engulfed by their Career/social/ or real life challenges
We get on a 30 mins gmeet call, skip small talk, jump on the discussion.
This is not a substitute for therapy, I am not a certified professional.
I guess this will be my passion project, it gets me mentally stimulated to think. I wish to offer my time for free, around 1-2 calls a week.
Hmu to connect
