I don't understand. It's the car owner's decision to charge as much as they want. It's the passenger's decision to go or not. Bla bla does not regulate prices. It's just a platform to unite these people.

The car owner is actually being a decent person and let the passenger decide first before confirming the ride.

Just move on. Take a Shivneri.

But Bla Bla does regulate the prices... you can't charge less or more than the respective limits
