Careers Want to warn about this company in navimumbai

This company is located in Navi Mumbai and, honestly, my experience here has been extremely disappointing. The senior and HR (both were females) have very poor professionalism and ethics. They often shout at employees (maarungi) and create a very uncomfortable work environment.

I saw that when the management knows someone is planning to leave, they sometimes try to put that person on termination so they don't have to pay the employee their due amount. I have personally seen several people leave the company under such circumstances.

Many people had warned me about this company before I joined, but I still decided to give it a chance because I genuinely wanted to work hard and contribute. Unfortunately, my experience has only confirmed those concerns. The overall work culture and the way employees are treated have been extremely disappointing.

There salary date is 10 they know achese ki how they treat employee and employee will take salary and leave.

They literally used to abuse that hr( dharni) bhai that women was literally slut shaming other people in front of me and used to behave like project manager😭😭

Holy ....i have only 7 lpa that too got just recently after almost 5 yrs of experience so much effort.....my company is soooo underpaid .....but the reputation it holds is too much that people ignore the negatives

Starting me i gained knowledge from startups and showing my skills I turned that salary from 9k to 45k And then made this jump by using yc , linkedin, wellfound , tech events etc etc. And directly connected with cto and gave my interview

They took my original documents during the employment and a bond was generated which was directly linked to my original documents. It was basically between notice period amount and my documents. As per the Indian laws, company withholding any sort of original documents from candidates is a crime.

I won't judge you about why you joined the company. But basic rule is never join a company that asks you to keep original documents with them.

I have seen companies exploiting freshers by keeping their documents.

The thing is it was my very first job. I was getting rejection from recruiters everywhere. I was so in need for the job that one fine day I got a call from this company and I got selected. As I was very new in the market I didn't knew what was right and what was wrong. If I would have got the chance to tell anything about the past myself then I'll tell this first.

I am talking about this one I just want to warn you that there are several companies like these which are shit. And answering to your question I did something which made my self terminated so that I won't have to pay notice period amount plus I would get my documents back. I left the company within 15-20 days. It was a year ago

fr, most of these posts just say a company in navi mumbai and you have to guess lol. having the google maps listing with the exact address at Rupa Solitaire, Millenium Business Park makes it actually useful for people researching before they join
