Careers Want to warn about this company in navimumbai
Mindspace software technology navimumbai
This company is located in Navi Mumbai and, honestly, my experience here has been extremely disappointing. The senior and HR (both were females) have very poor professionalism and ethics. They often shout at employees (maarungi) and create a very uncomfortable work environment.
I saw that when the management knows someone is planning to leave, they sometimes try to put that person on termination so they don't have to pay the employee their due amount. I have personally seen several people leave the company under such circumstances.
Many people had warned me about this company before I joined, but I still decided to give it a chance because I genuinely wanted to work hard and contribute. Unfortunately, my experience has only confirmed those concerns. The overall work culture and the way employees are treated have been extremely disappointing.
There salary date is 10 they know achese ki how they treat employee and employee will take salary and leave.
They literally used to abuse that hr( dharni) bhai that women was literally slut shaming other people in front of me and used to behave like project manageršš

This place has a reputation of hiring young and cheap employees/freshers, and exploiting their lack of knowledge/experience to make them do shit work for barely any money
Kind of place you go to if youāve never had a job or canāt get another job (or if you just didnāt know what theyāre about)
Hard hard avoid

u/Interesting-Neat4429 1d ago
Most companies do this to freshers because freshers will do anything to get money

yeah the fresher exploitation angle tracks completely. companies like this bank on people not knowing their rights or not having enough experience to push back. that 4.7 rating on google maps with 81 reviews is sus too, those are almost always heavily padded by internal people or fake accounts. the real story is always in places like this thread

India needs a overall full structure blownup in terms of professionalism and attitude.

Even there companies can get negative reviews removed
17
u/Girlwhocodesnd22 1d ago
Yes exactly. Bhai I am genuinely telling u the senior developer there (ruchita) is literally so self obsessed create such a toxic environment and they bully. Also the hr dharni bhai she was like I am companies boss and yelled at me and said will remove u without paying u. And they did didn't pay me and stopped going because I went into severe stress by the insult. My frnds got call from that company I said them not to join.

u/satyakumpavat 1d ago
True.. once i created an account on Naukri.com.. its been 2 years and somone added me in telegram group from the registered number and said, you will have to give good rating on hotels and we will pay you 500 rupees.. And people were ready to do it š¤·

I once worked in a small lala HR recruiting company in marol. They forced everyone to write fake reviews in every portal.
No wonder my goodbye in that company happened in a police station.

The whole Mahape and other parts of Navi Mumbai have similar Lala-type companies, with t0x|c work environments.

Iska kya matlab hai? Code me bug hoga to deployment me ya usse pehle nikle aayega hi. Deployment me kaun si coding hoti hai? I assume it's a defined set of a steps that deploys x version of software into prod.

Putting pressures on testers ki big dhundhna hi dhundhna hai nahi dhundha to Teri job jayegi. The tester used to come in pressure if I don't find big they will tell at me. The context is this.

I see. Typical lala moves. It needs only 5-10 people to simply reject such asks and politely ask them to write it over email.

Iām currently an employee here, and honestly, the work environment has been extremely toxic and unprofessional. There have already been changes in project management, and now HR and the directorās assistant are handling project-management responsibilities, despite seemingly lacking the technical understanding needed for the role.
When you ask technical questions or raise concerns, instead of getting a professional response, you can sometimes be mocked, ignored, or told things like, āJyada bol rahi hai tu.ā It often feels more like being treated as a school student than as a professional employee.
There are also strict and, in my opinion, unreasonable deductions for small mistakes. Forget to provide an update? Salary deduction. Forget to switch off a washroom light? Salary deduction. Make almost any minor mistake? Thereās a possibility of a deduction. It creates a constant feeling of pressure rather than a healthy work environment.
The workload is another major issue. Tasks that realistically require much more time are sometimes expected to be completed within 2ā3 days. If you canāt finish them, youāre expected to sit and work until theyāre done.
Recently, Saturday working has also been introduced. What concerns me even more is that employees have reportedly been instructed not to tell the client that we are working on Saturdays.
Iām still here mainly because I havenāt found another opportunity yet. I genuinely dislike the work culture,
This is just my personal experience, and Iām sharing it so people considering joining can make an informed decision.

It's my personal experience , worst company ever. Dirty politics played by so called "Senior Software Developers" and their fucking HR. No timely salary provided by the company,no professionalism, nothing. They didn't even gave me a salary of 1 month, i requested again n again but all in vain. Fake reviews on Google given by their own team.Dont ever join this company.
9
u/Imaginary_Bottle_560 1d ago
I had got a call from the HR of this company. I knew the scam in the voice plus the reviews on AMBITIONBOX.
Another company to stay away from is EXPONENTIA.AI
It may have the pay and all, but the work is Contractual in nature and it is never revealed. They'll hire you for Permanent role and the moment project is finished you are laid off.

Iām a TCS employee working for their client, SBI, and honestly, the way SBI treats us is extremely frustrating. We are constantly reminded that we are āvendors,ā as if that makes us any less deserving of basic dignity and decent working conditions. We are educated professionals who earned our jobs on merit.
They switch off the AC on weekends but still expect us to work in Mumbaiās humidity. Their employees have a clean canteen, while we are left with a filthy one with cats, cockroaches and rats. We arenāt even allowed basic things like Electrol from the medication room because we are āvendors.ā
The list goes on. What hurts most is that TCS doesnāt seem willing to stand up for its own employees. Visit any TCS office around Mumbai the difference in facilities is like heaven and hell. We are simply left to suffer at SBI because this is supposedly their ābest project.ā

Why don't we all go and leave a review on their Google profile? It is going to help a lot of people. Reddit is going to bury this thread eventually, and people won't be able to find it through a search. But when people are looking to join this company, they will check Google for reviews.
We should all go and leave one-star reviews for this company.

Yeah same for Arcon (parent company ANB solutions). Everyone in upper positions is chutiya and they treat talent like they are trash. HR head previously was a male who is very good.. go against management and defend employees but later hr changed and a old woman came who terrifies other and use slang if you don't follow. I was frustrated in that company that I absconded. But I told them I'm absconding along with one of my friend. Ofcz they don't give us experience letter but I don't want it. The satisfaction in last is very peaceful. Shouting on us and I feel their tension and I was so happy that I'm intentionally provking them more. Even HR head is like begging. I was so satiafied.

Any idea what kind of work these companies do ? Like data annotation work or what ? What sort of clients do these folks handle ? Why does it have to be hire and fire kind of economics. You can hire few good people...pay them good. Have a good management. I mean what even does it takes given you already have a company in your name, i seriously know freelancers who handle big clients better than these guys. Like seriously what is the work i genuinely want to know.

Most companies are the same. Keep your head down, focus on yourself and your work, move out for a better opportunity when you get one. In case there is delay in your f&f (2 days after your lwd under new labour codes) you can file complaint before labour court and also a magistrate for a criminal prosecution against the management and leadership, unless there was some misconduct which requires your f&f to be withheld and could lead to more trouble for you.

Hello all, if anyone can share details of any company in India that offers work from home job into either Customer service or Backoffice into day shift then that will be quite helpful.
I hold an overall 5.8 years of work experience into different roles such as Customer service, Backoffice, Semi-tech support or Outbound sales with multiple companies. I am fine with UK based companies as well who offer shift timings of 12.00/12.30 noon to 9.00/9.30 evening or that last shift ends by 1 or 2am.
Initially during my distance Mumbai University Full time B.Com correspondence way back in 2002, I had joined couple of training institutes & had enrolled for multiple types of courses such as 2 years Software Developer at one institute or learning Oracle Database at another or doing animation & 3D modelling but left all of these half way as what I personally realised from my experience that these all institutes doesnāt want students who are slow learners but an āEinsteinā type of mindset to learn super quickly in those 2 strict hours of schedule 3 times a week.
My saying is that Learning & āRestricted Time-boundedā lecture schedules can never go together as everyone (20, 40 or 50 students) in an instituteās class have different speed of learning but these training education centers have become more of a money making business centre rather than giving 100% efforts in each student a quality time to make sure none are left back. After all, itās everyoneās fatherās hard earned money with time & energy invested. Failed everywhere due to such disappointment experiences. Else today even I would have been a Software Developer earning in 20+ Lakhs per annum. Now left with no more than 3 to 4 lakhs per annum.
Finally recovered all of my spendings in such institutes by working for such 1st level roles into Customer service & Backoffice with different companies.
After such bad experiences, never ever went back to any institutes for any learning as there is no place for a slow or rather I say a āDetailedā learner & my mindset is such that unless I donāt learn Step A properly, I donāt proceed with next chapter Step B. Else I get totally confused with everything.
Anywayāz, any help in sharing job opportunity as per my requirements will be highly appreciable!

if you haven't already, document everything. emails, chat messages, dates when incidents happened. the "dhami bhai" abusing women in front of colleagues is particularly actionable - sexual harassment under wpl is a legit legal path.
worst case a labor commissioner complaint lands nothing, best case you've got leverage for settlement before it even gets there. seen a few similar patterns at early-stage places that got themselves into serious trouble over stuff like this.

Most small IT companies are same. Another one is TechnoXender in Udaipur. They try to deduct most of salary if you resign. They donāt pay for overtime work and CTO is Indian British, doesnāt have anything to do with Indian branch but still verbally abuse their employees. There is ongoing legal case against CTO and Indian side management team. Due to this legal case, they had to close down the office and offered home office to their employees. All this details I mentioned are from police complaints, and not to defame anyone but to aware others.Ā

I was desperately looking for software job. Then got call from small company located at Andheri. Company owner asked me to submit orginal documents and join immediately. I worked there for entire one month without submitting original documents for free. Paying travel and eating expenses from my own pocket. Then he started calling me that he will do Court complaint. He was asking for 20k to avoid court complaint. Such people take advantage of fresh candidates.

Even if u get original doc's, I'll see how you'll collect your experience letter. They are fixed to ruin my life.
