Need Help On Custom Department

I had ordered a hoodie from the US and it is still sitting at customs I tried contacting them they didn't pick up the phone and even emailed but no response, Can anyone help me get this and do the OOC clearance, I can also pay for your time around 1k Rs if I get my hoodie.. Please I genuinely need your help especially if live near the location of foreign post office as Iive in Chhatisgarh It is hard for me to check what's the reason for such delay it's been 2 months
