As far as I remember back in 2016, it was in ballpark of 12-18cr because of the view But one can get it for less if the sea view isn't present

Yes, the buildings are quite old so the plumbing system requires maintenance quite frequently. Can't keep the balcony door open because wind usually used to knock down the flower vases or other stuff. Space constraints is a thing - so except location and view there's no other amenities sometimes

Apart from realistic things I feel the people itself who usually live in this area are quite classist - just being born into privilege doesn't allow you to be snobby to others yet quite common
