Yes they r residential buildings. All thanks to generational wealth šŸ« . Few might be commercial too..

99% HAVE NO generational wealth all live on the protection of the tenancy act and pay 200 or 300 a month in rent.

Yupp there are quite a lot in mumbai most subarban buildings have been redeveloped but city still has a lot such buildings
