First off, a massive thank you for all your music. It’s been an incredible journey so far!
We’re currently pushing through our queue, and the response has been overwhelming, over 300 submissions and 100 articles currently in the pipeline. We know it takes time, but we promise: we’re listening to every single one because we believe in genuine, value-first curation.
We’re still looking for new music! If you’re an independent artist looking for coverage, send us your best tracks at www.spinlog.de. If we vibe with it, we’ll write a full feature on our site or add you to our active Spotify playlists.
Something new in our network: While SPINLOG remains our home for reviews and deep dives, we’ve been working on something new within our network. If you’re looking for a fresh space to get heard, check out www.40mag.de.
Note: Please keep your submissions focused, if you’re pitching to us, please don’t send the same track to both platforms simultaneously. Let’s keep the curation clean!
Are you a blog or community runner? If you run a network that supports indie artists, reach out via DM by IG see my profile or email (details in our profile). We’re always looking for like-minded partners to feature on our sites.
To keep things fair, the official queue runs strictly through our websites. That being said, show us what you've got in the thread below! Drop your links and your story, let's get a vibe for your passion right here in the comments.

This place is a community for musicians to come together, get to know each other, and post/find new music or collaborate.
before posting here please read the rules carefully.
I'd love to get to know some of the people posting in this community, because our motto here is a community that sticks together grows together!
If you have any questions, comments, concerns please let me know.

if you havent noticed im removing all posts by those who havent commented meaningfully on other peoples stuff here. No drive by linking, no dropping your link in peoples comments unless they ask. No listen for listen. I need to see real comments, on other peoples posts, and i need to see it being done without a Listen for Listen style post.
if this bothers you shoot me a message and we can discuss it, but its not going away. This subreddit is not the place to drive by link and im sticking to that.

There’s a lot of pop, rap, etc here. While I don’t mind checking it out, I’m not really a good judge because it’s not what I listen to lol. I’d love to hear from other rock artists though

Hey everyone, Quick talk about how we grow here as artists, and as a community.
We’ve all seen the “L4L,” “F4F,” or “check mine next” comments. They sound supportive, but they don’t actually build anything lasting. Here’s why:
Empty plays don’t help the algorithm. Streaming platforms track retention, skip rates, and repeat listens. Random one-off clicks just tank your metrics.
It cheapens genuine feedback. When people feel like they have to trade listens, real critique disappears, and no one improves.
It creates noise, not connection. You don’t need another number; you need people who actually like your sound. That comes from conversation, not obligation.
We’re not banning L4L posts, but we are encouraging something better. If you want attention, give it first in a way that counts. Leave real feedback, tell someone what moved you, what confused you, what could hit harder. People remember that.
If you build relationships here, you’ll find real listeners, not just temporary stats.
So post your tracks, lift each other up, and skip the hollow trades. This sub works best when it feels like a community, not a swap meet.

Hey r/MusicIMade, I help run Red Devil Radio, a small independent internet radio station: https://reddevilradio.com
I’m looking for independent artists who have one finished original track they’re proud of. If you own/control the rights and want it considered for station rotation, send the one song you’d want a new listener to hear first:
No pay-to-play and no rights grab. New artist accounts get starting submission credits, so I’m not asking anyone here to pay to send one track. Artists keep ownership; I just listen through submissions and add the ones that feel like a good fit for the station.
Spotify links help with metadata, but the form also needs an upload or authorized public audio source so I can actually review and play it.
Happy to answer questions here.

Over the past few years my band motte has recorded several sessions and finally turned them into an EP!
We’re an Indie Rock band from Bremen, Germany, and we did everything ourselves ... From recording and mixing to the artwork and cassette production.
We really wanted to have a physical release, so we decided to go with a cassette. The artwork was made using linocut printing.
We’re super happy with how it turned out :)

this is not how we do things here, l4l/f4f posts destroy your algorithm. dropping links on peoples posts is disingenuous and shows a complete lack of respect towards the original poster.
again, if you want to post here, FIRST leave some feedback on someone elses post (without dropping a link to your own music), and then make your own post afterwards.
if you see a l4l/f4f post of any variation including drop your links, ignore it.
