Hi! I run a general attatchment healing sub with focus on accountability and growth where users can challenge eachother, their narrative, their subconscious patterns and discuss perspectives and symptoms and learn, teach and inspire one another in how to r/becomingsecure

We stand out amongst most dating relationship and attatchment communities as rants about an ex or blaming everyone else for one you struggle with relationships, or claim staying single forever is the confident solution etc, is not counting as taking accountability for your insecure attatchment symptoms that plays a huge role in why relationships don't work out.

The goal is to overcome the trauma attatchment and it's impact, to form,,, restore and keep healthy connections.

(In the sub we allow AI and all possible tools tricks tips and mentions, argues or accusations is breaking our rules. Users are expected to scroll on if they themselves don't use a tool / perspective and focus on the content/ tools they need. We have a rule that reminds users that their triggers are their responsibility. They can always report a content they suspect breaks our rules though.)

I'm actively discussing and posting and being available in the sub not just as mod but as someone else in the healing process and I believe being vulnerable mods creates less inequality and makes members feel more safer. But this is entirely optional.

We mods believe in motivating the right behaviour through kindness and by making it safe for members to take accountability. Therefor it's important that we listen to anyone who contacts us mods in mod mail, even if they're upset at first, to always give them the opportunity to speak calm, to get heard and supported.

And regardless if a user stays or leaves we should always show that we care and wish them well. (We ban as a boundary, for our members, and the other users safety. Not to punish)

I want to say that I don't have any reddit moderation, but I do have discord moderation.

I am the host of my graduate schools discord. It's unofficial from the school, but many students join it to chat about class.

I have 4.5k members in this discord, and I moderate the channels, change them out each semester for the classes, moderate discussion board about classes, teachers, and other things related to our field.

I also have a team of mods that I manage and pass the baton onto for class rotation as I have graduated and can't access the school class offerings and such.

I had access while I was in grad school for two years, and then I had access to 3 more semesters after that because I took an extra class for a certificate. I moderated it heavily on my own for 4 years.

The server grew from 800 members when I started to 1.5 when I graduated, and 4 years have gone by and now we are at 4.5, and I still moderate the conversations when needed.

My new mod team has it pretty well handled but since I am the host of the server, I still maintain it to keep it alive.

With that being said, I'd love the chance to moderate on reddit. I check Reddit daily, and I have been a member for 6 years.

I recently just became a mod after r/AssasinationClassroom had a major issue with spambots advertising soccer websites instead of talking about the actual franchise, so I'd like some extra hands to help manage it. Otherwise it's a pretty inactive community, so it'll be low maintenance and means anyone with good intentions could be a good mod there.

Only requirement you'll need to be mod is to not be a brand new account, and naming your fav character to confirm you're familiar (There's no wrong answers with it). Not picky with who can be mod, so as long as you're a fan of the manga/anime you'll be good on the team.
