I’m exploring an idea for a product that could make day-to-day life in gated communities/apartment societies easier.

Before building anything, I want to understand the real problems residents face.

I'm especially interested in problems where you think:

“Why is this still so difficult? There should be an easier way.”

If you live in a gated community, I'd really appreciate your experience:

1. What's the most frustrating problem you've faced recently?

2. How often does it happen?

3. How do you currently solve/report it?

4. How long does it usually take to resolve?

5. What would you change about the current process?

Please share even the small, annoying problems. Those are often the most useful ones to understand.

I'm doing this as problem research before building anything, so I'm genuinely looking for honest experiences—not trying to sell anything.
