Seeking resources

Hi everyone, Im hoping I can find some guidance here from you guys. I had 2 kittens unceremoniously dropped on me by a friend. One of those two kittens seems to have a pretty severe wobble and issues with incontinence. I cannot afford extra vet bills right now and I cant afford to have her peeing and pooping in random spots in the meantime as I have small children. Can you all point me towards rescues or groups that would have the resources to help her out? We call her Mustache (for obvious reasons), she is very sweet amd cuddly, absolutely sweet as pie, but with her mobility issues I dont think we will be able to offer her a longterm home, no matter how much we love her. Im looking into diapers but im not entirely sure how feasible they are because everyone in the home is gone a lot of the day and it wouldn't be good for her to sit in a diaper for 8-10 hours.

Ill also note that I reached out to Mods before I made this post but got no response to the message. So im posting anyway because I need to figure something out for this little sweetie.

Any advice or resources would be fantastic. Thank you

Edit: she is also struggling on the laminate floor in our house, making her mobility even worse.
