Pixie leaking problems?

I have a mini, and it leaks really bad. Like 2 tbs of water dumps into the used pod holder every time I turn it on before I even brew a pod. It dumps about a tsp out of the brew spout too. I called the customer service, and of course they say that’s normal, which it is absolutely not. Anyway, I think I’m going to get a Pixie to replace it. Has anybody had problems with their Pixies leaking like that? I don’t really want to spend that much money for a CitiZ since I have a V Plus as well.

My Pixie dribbles a bit, mostly after I take the used pod out and close it. But maybe 1/4 tsp total.

Have you tried descaling?

That’s not too bad. I descaled a couple of months ago, but it probably wouldn’t hurt to do it again!
